Guidelines for Student Withdrawal, Transfer, and School Leaving Procedures

Student Withdrawal Rules

Important guidelines regarding school withdrawal procedures, school leaving certificates, and admission policies.

  • Has to apply on a prescribed proforma for issue of School Leaving Certificates.
  • The parent has to clear all the school dues and other charges before applying for School Leaving Certificate.
  • School authorities can ask the parent to withdraw his/her ward on one of the following grounds:
  • Long absence without information.
  • Disciplinary reason.
  • A child who fails for two consecutive years in any class or is overage by two years in any class.

The registration for Pre-School (Nursery) and Pre-Primary Class (KG) starts in the month of January. Due to limited seats available all applicants may not be accommodated.

Preference will be given to children residing on existing routes and nearby areas. Admission criteria will be notified separately as per the direction from Directorate of Education, Govt of NCT Delhi.
