RULES AND TIMINGS FOR PAYMENT OF FEES

Fees and other dues are payable quarterly as noted below :

Tuition fee for three months is payable by 10th of April, July, October and January online through school portal www.pdpschool.com.Fee links are shared for this purpose. Late fee is charged after the stipulated payment period. If the due date happens to be a holiday, no late fee will be charged provided the fees are deposited on the very next working day. No other charges before the due date to avoid any inconvenience. After the due date, the fee and other charges are to be paid at the school fee counter.

The date of presentation of the cheque will be treated as day of payment, provided the cheque is not dishonoured. Any cheque returned by the bank shall be treated as non-payment of fee and a penalty of Rs. 300/- will be levied.

Parents should give correct particulars i.e. Name of the student, Admission Number, Class/Section etc. while depositing the fees.

All collections and payments at the School’s Fee Counter are made strictly in accordance with the following timings:

Note : Parents may opt for paying month-wise fee till 10th of every month subject to approval by the Manager/Principal.
